HYPERLINK not working on Chrome Browser

Hi all,

Recently we have changed the behaviour of some tiles in a page to be opened in another tab in the browser. This was done using HYPERLINK instead of PAGE.RUN and it works fine with Internet Explorer, Edge or Firefox.

Problem comes with Chrome, it is now working, when you click on the tiles nothing happens, no tab is opened, no error messages, nothing.

Please, could you help me?

    Congrats as you solved it of your own, but its not a part of this CU, there must be some different Error or cases.

    It is solved at least in NAV 2016 cumulative update 25, I don't know if it is solved before that cumulative update

    Thank you Nabil for your quick answer.

    We have tested this on different machines with different Chrome versions.

    We have also tested on Mobile devices.

    Adding the URL to trusted sites does not work.

    It seems Chrome is blocking for security reasons but we don't know how to check this and also there is no Chrome messages saying it is blocking or similar.

    Hello,

    Have you tried on another machine ?

    Maybe Chrome blocks popups for NAV Web Client? Try to add NAV URL to trusted sites
