So I have done the dyanmics 365 Sales integration with Business central but there are some error in as i am doing it for the first time so i delete the integration and also the integration solution in the dataverse but then when i do it again the Legacy Sales Order Integration Enabled and Bidirectional Sales Order Int Both On at the same Time which is not correct as these are mutually Exclusive and I an not able to turn any one of them off . they are in not in editable stage so pls help me which this issue as i want To Sync sales order from CRM to BC . but as both the Buttons are on by default i am facing errors

Hi,

I would suggest recheck the below

1. Check for Integration Error Logs in Dataverse

2. Reset the Integration Solution (Reconfigure)

3. Check Integration Setup in CRM ( See you can enable sync only for Business central)

4. Disable from Business Central Admin

I have reset the integration
checked for integration error log
But unable to find the way to solve this issue .
