When someone suggests an answer, I get a tick box, "Does this answer your questions?", and the status of my enquiry is changed to, "Suggested answer".

I can tick the box and accept the answer

But what if the answer is wrong? How do I answer the questions, "Does this answer your question?", as, "No"?

I think you just leave it unchecked, and the answer remains as "suggested" instead of verified. I'm not aware of a way to just say that it's wrong.
