Using Segments from Customer Insight Journey in Customer Insight Data

Hi everyone,

I have segments set up in the Customer Insight Journey, and I’m wondering if it’s possible to use these existing segments in the Customer Insight Data.

Specifically, I’m looking for a way to either move or connect the segments from the CI Journey into the CI Data so I can analyze them further.

Has anyone had experience doing this? If so, could you please share how you managed to achieve this or point me in the right direction?

    Segments created in cid can be utilized in CIJ but not wise versa. Unless you add those data points from segment members into your cid. You might want to create a product feature suggestion into Dynamics idea Portal at and make the rest of us community members vote for that? https://experience.dynamics.com/ideas/
