Quick Query - Drill Down Parameters with Spaces

Using SL 2018, CU1.

When creating a custom quick query, I have linked two drill down screens.

First is Work Order Entry, using the WONbr field from the QQ. This works correctly.

Second is Inventory Status Inquiry screen, this works for most of my inventory item IDs, (example: item 'ABC-123' works fine)

The trouble is if I try to drill into a row when the  InvtID has a blank space in it, such as 'BIG WIDGET', the screen throws an 'Item Not found' error.

Is there a way to correctly pass the invtid parameter to the screen when there are blanks in the ID field?

    Hello Randall,

I can reproduce the BIG WIDGET issue from the Inventory Transactions quick query, Drill down on inventory ID getting the error.

I'm in 2018 CU2 at this time. I'll write up the bug, normally these are fixed in CU packages and not as individual Hotfixes as with previous versions. So I wouldn't expect a fix for this one until the next CU. CU3 is slated in Q4, I'm hoping it might be included, but its up to development to decide on that. Anyway in my case the Inventory transaction screen pops up, and I just select my BIG WIDGET item manually.

    Best Regards,

    Jana MacDonald
