Activity with many regarding objects

Normally, an activity entity like email or phonecall have 1 regarding object (e.g. an account).

Is there an easy supported way to have many regarding objects?

e.g. a phonecall with a reference to an opportunity and account

Thanks

In that case you need to create a custom lookup field on that activity as optIona like field & place it on form

After this you can use business rules to show/hide this custom field

    Hope it answers

OK, but this is not what I need

I want to have a relationship to many regarding objects for the activity (e.g. phonecall)

    Hi,

The way I understood is that if you create phone call activity at opportunity it should also be visible at account level right?

If this is what you are looking then it’s by default feature of dynamics CRM, if you go and check the relation of opportunity & account it will have parental relation which means any activity’s at opportunity level is by default visible at account

    Hope this answers
