Hi,

We have an issue where a user has been added to the appropriate Azure AD groups and security roles and teams have been added however the user once they open Dynamics 365 they are greeted with a message:

MicrosoftTeams_2D00_image-_2800_1_2900_.png

Any guidance on next steps troubleshooting this would be appreciated.

Note: Happens in multiple browsers however have cleared cache in Chrome in case and it still happens.
